The pups are getting private time upstairs with us every day we can manage it. Pluto gets one large block of time, Donald and Daisy get two smaller blocks each so we can give them time without their splints to help strengthen their leg muscles.
Your amazing dedication to animals brings tears to my eyes. I remember the before pictures of these pups & the poll you took asking if you should post even the "bad" cases you take in. This is exactly the reason I voted that you should post those types of dogs--because when the love and care you give them is so successful, it's so moving. These dogs just keep looking better and better, and I can't wait for the post saying they're eligible for adoption, because I know they will find an amazing home!
Teale, you're right on the mark about that! It's amazing and inspirational to see how far these dogs have progressed. And that photo of Daisy with the ball in her mouth is unbelievably cute!
Why, Tom S! I was surprised by your comments on your posts about my cats, and even more surprised to find such a delightful puppy blog under your authorship. I'll be a regular reader now, applauding the incredibly important work you and Harriet do. Tell her hi for me, willya? She started me on my career at Omegatype, and I've always been grateful for that. Take care, you two. Of each other and your pups!

ReplyDeleteHey, Becky! I found your blog via a post in Laurie's. Gotta love the internet.
ReplyDeleteWow, I haven't read for a week or so -- and the pups have really grown, besides how much they have improved. They certainly looking GOOD!
