Every now and then I like to mention dogs or puppies that were not in foster care with Harriett and I. This little puppy, Boone, is an 8-week old Lab mix who was born at the Douglas County Animal Control facility in Tuscola, Il. Tuscola is about 30 miles south of Champaign-Urbana right off of I-57.
Boone is very well socialized and is said to be a very friendly dog. The other pups from the litter have been adopted. He will be neutered and available for adoption next week. If you’re looking for a “smallish” Lab mix it would be worth a short drive to Tuscola to check him out.

Boone is now at CCHS! He should be evaluated and moved up for adoption very soon!
